Returns & Exchange Policy
General Info
Please allow 4 business days for order processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day. We always aim to send out your order as soon as possible, but several factors may affect turnaround time, including:
- If there are questions on your orders.
- If we have everything in stock --- if not we will e-mail you immediately.
- What time of the day/week we receive your order.
- The actual time to pack and process your order.
- What time UPS or the Post Office picks up.
- Shipping delays due to holidays, etc.
Please know we are trying hard to get everything out to you as soon as possible and we appreciate your orders.
Domestic Orders
All domestic orders will be shipped via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service OR via the service selected at checkout through FedEx. Packages sent via Priority Mail require an average of 2 to 3 days to arrive anywhere in the continental United States. Priority Mail delivers to every address in the United States, including PO boxes and military addresses. Priority Mail offers a confirmation number to confirm the arrival of a package, however you cannot use the USPS confirmation number to track where your shipment is, only if it has been delivered or not. If you elect to ship your order via one of the available FedEx services instead, your order will average the designated shipping time ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. Order Processing is IN ADDITION to ship time. All FedEx orders are trackable through FedEx with the Tracking Number that is emailed to you when your order is shipped. (NOTE: We ship from Denver, CO)
International Orders
(All orders outside the US) We ship international orders with either the United States Postal Service's Global Priority, Global Express Mail Services, or via FedEx. If one of the USPS services is selected at checkout, delivery time is estimated between 2-6 weeks, but that is not guaranteed. Global Priority Mail is an expedited service of the United States Postal Service, available to over 50 countries worldwide and Global Express Mail is available in other countries where Global Priority Mail is not. If FedEx is selected at checkout, delivery time is estimated by FedEx and your order is trackable.
Customs or Import Duties
ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES THAT ARE LEVIED ON THE ORDERED PACKAGE, AND/OR CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS AND REGULATIONS REQUIRED ONCE IT REACHES ITS FINAL COUNTRY OF DELIVERY ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.
We have no control over the application of the charges, nor amount of the charges to be levied. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Downloads
After receiving your initial order confirmation email, a second email should arrive within 5 minutes containing a link to download your music. If download does not arrive within 30 minutes, please email webstore@dangerbird.com with your order number and we will issue a new download link.
Back Orders
We are trying very hard to keep everything stocked and available to send out to you right away. However, we will occasionally be out of stock on some high volume items. We typically don't take backorders on out-of-stock items however from time to time we will. If you are able to backorder an item, you will be emailed once that item is in stock and your order will be processed immediately. If backorders are not available, you can also grab a product's RSS feed to be notified via RSS when an item is back in stock.
State Sales Tax
State sales tax is charge based on the state the order is being shipped to. We charge California sales tax to all orders being shipped to California addresses.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We are happy to return or exchange any items that have not been washed or worn within 14 days of purchase. Once CD's, Vinyl, Posters or packaged non-wearables are opened, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. There is a $6.00 return shipping fee required for all exchanges. Please include a $6.00 money order along with your exchange. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. If we have made an error on your order you will not need to include the $6.00 exchange/return shipping fee.
All digital music and other digital content sales are final.
